Интерьер может звучать совсем как симфония и вместе с тем быть удивительно "вкусным". Boris Uborevich-Borovsky делится своим рецептом экспрессивного пространства. Неповторимость данному архитектурному блюду придает личность шеф-повараSalon: There are such ceilings in this apartment! .. I guess you want to say that the journalist must be able to voice his impressions. - Perhaps we have gone too far with ceilings ... Indeed, they turned out very expressive.S: It seems to me that we can even talk about double expression of the ceiling and the floor: look at these highlights and reflections. How does the apartment owner feel here? - Feels great. No, really, because this is a kind of unusual man, a very bright personality.S: Now I understand what caused the bright orange color of the upholstery of chairs. - And this, too, but we will return to the question of color later. So, this is a businessman working in the entertainment industry: the owner of clubs, restaurants, fitness centers. Energetic and artistic in his own way, passionate about his work. But you have to rest somewhere. This apartment is ideal for such a person to relax and at the same time causes pleasant associations with work.S: For example? - For example, bright color accents (the same orange) correlate with the bright light of the sun or tanning beds, “pouring” pebbles on certain parts of the floor - with the sea or swimming pool; Modern materials - glass, metal, and the light of halogen bulbs in cold and warm colors - remind of a night city, and so on.S: In the way you combine the materials, I also see a certain emotionality: light drywall (ceiling) is opposed to a dark stone (floor); the bathroom is in stone of beige and rich brown; in the bedroom and living room combines light wood and chocolate wenge, and so on. - I will tell you more: all this expressiveness of color and materials is part of the overall "intrigue" of the apartment, due to the "behavior" of the space. Actually, now our conversation came to the most important thing. I will not tell you in detail what the apartment was at the beginning and how we redid it: it is enough to compare two plans - before and after. I can only say that the bay window, in which it was planned to arrange the living room with a dining room, was (compared to other rooms) the room furthest from the entrance, which is bad for a living room. Since it was impossible to physically bring the bay window to the entrance, we took advantage of the reception of architectural intrigue. They made the corridor enticing deep into. He invites you to sit on a bench in a niche, round the bathroom around the circle, touch the glass insert in the wall. The convex surfaces alternate with concave, setting the direction of movement - toward the living room.S: And you can also determine the path "by the stars", i.e. lamps and drywall "waves" on the ceiling. - Of course, because we tried to give additional spatial "instructions", playing the volume of the ceiling. Therefore, the path to the living room seems short and easy.S: You placed on a relatively small area (153 sq. M.) Many rooms, including guest rooms. - That was the customer's wish. It seems that we managed to find a middle ground: the public areas of the living room, dining room and kitchen visually unite the bay window, so that they are “read” as a common space, and the private rooms are rather “closed”. Additionally, two light circles are zoned, dividing the public, guest territory and the hallway zone. Light circles indicate the place of future columns of complex configuration: the columns will dot all the points above and in the apartment zoning.S: What will you make them from? - Perhaps from plywood. Maybe from metal. Columns of metal were in our famous "blue apartment", which we did five years ago. She became in some sense the benchmark for the owner of this apartment.S: It seems that this apartment also has a chance ... - I'm growing up - I see.Boris Uborevich-Borovsky: "I see our main task in creating a space that could positively influence a person. At the same time, we are not fond of the significance of this very space, nor of its excessive detail. Modern comfortable housing can and should be cozy a lot of decor items. This apartment, it seems to me, in this sense meets the requirements of the time. "
