In the building of the royal stables of the XVII century, and in Soviet times - the Kremlin dining room was recently opened by the restaurant of the “Bison” chain (formerly “Biff and Reef”)

The main in the interior were ancient brick arches, which the authors of the project cleaned of plaster, restored each brick by hand. Many bricks even preserved the stigmas of the 17th century.

“We removed all the layers and opened up walled passages so that light penetrated from one hall to another,” says Karina Hadji – Murat, “and gave the room an almost original appearance. In order not to make walls for lighting, they invented lamps “on their feet”, similar to street ones, but with fabric shades, and halogen lamps were fixed on special metal structures. The interior was decorated with paintings under a rock drawing and cast-iron sculptures of Kasli and Kusinsky castings. ”
