Last autumn in Petersburg, two steps from Nevsky Prospect, Beermudas Triangle beer club-restaurant (6 Manezhnaya Square) opened its doors. The modern entertainment complex is located in a historic building built at the very beginning of the 19th century according to the design of K. I. Rossi. Interestingly, even in those days, the northern capital was famous for its brewing traditions. In the process of creating a beer restaurant, the authors of the project chose the image of the Russian hut as the leitmotif of the design concept. At the same time, they abandoned "kokoshniks and roosters", which determined the edge of the mouth, and this determined the choice of materials and the coloristic decision of the interior. Most of it is made of pine, painted in bright colors. Difficult plastic ceilings allowed to achieve an interesting solution to the general and local lighting. The main compositional chord of the lobby is a wooden beer "barrel", from a brass tap of which a column of a decorative luminaire falls like a stream of fresh beer. From the hall, the guest enters the tasting room - a kind of "Beer Museum" - in the windows of which there is a permanent exhibition of items of peasant and industrial brewing. The hall is equipped with a bar, video projection equipment and a screen, and its layout allows you to hold a variety of activities - tastings, presentations and lectures. In the main halls of the complex, located on the second floor, the main staircase leads, filled with air and light. Guest rooms are a system of mutually flowing spaces, the most open of which is the Main Bar. The island bar counter and the aquarium swimming pool (the venue of the show programs) "strung" on the longitudinal axis of the composition are divided by a dance hall. It turned out that Beermudas Triangle is able to satisfy the needs of various guests: young people are dancing, respectable gentlemen in the quiet of a classic billiard hall leisurely hone their skills. A noisy company at the same time in the banquet hall honors the hero of the day.
