Customers: people, as they say, "advanced". With the architect, they met on the recommendation. It immediately turned out that the aesthetic positions of the parties coincide - customers were ready to accept an unconventional design, interesting to the architect. Moreover, the owners themselves then made a number of radically correct purchases, according to the architect. The pictures and the dining table are very "in topic". But she needed a fundamentally bright apartment; simple, accurate and minimalistic"LIVE", VISUALLY EXTENSIVE SPACE Firstly, this effect is achieved due to the light, which is abundant in the apartment. However, the architect tried to further expand the space - the exit to the balcony was turned into one gigantic - floor-to-ceiling window. The glass doors are folded with an accordion, the exterior freely enters into the inner and there are no borders. Secondly, the interior is designed in a light color - white, whitened yellow, light brown. Black - in elegant contrast. Thirdly, all functional zones are visually connected with each other. In addition to the open plan, built on a variety of angles, there are also a large number of internal windows, which also visually unite the rooms (even if they are separated by walls and partitions).SPACE ON PUZZL PRINCIPLE If all the premises of the apartment are poured with a kind of multicolored mass, and then look at them, then it turns out that the parts exactly fit into each other on the principle of a puzzle or puzzle. So the ceiling of the nursery is raised, and in the bedroom this lift became a podium in which the bed was "submerged". The very same bedroom because of this is perceived as a flat capsule for sleeping. It is elongated, low, but psychologically comfortable - due to the window at the podium-floor. In general, the architect tried to “dissolve” furniture to the maximum in space. Especially the one that people made it. We have already written about the podium-beds and podiums-benches, but for now let us mention the transparent glass table in the living room and the entire length of the second floor, a shelf-beam-case for communications.NATURAL MATERIALS AND DIFFERENT "PIECES" The whole interior is built on a combination of naturalness and manufacturability, archaic motifs and modern interpretations, the Asian perception of space and its Western understanding. From here - and open metal bearing structures, and "bare" plywood, and wood-tile-plaster, and Soviet cast-iron batteries, which are not ashamed. They are not hidden, but on the contrary - they give their due, allowing the ancients to "stick" into the modern fabric of the interior. All the plumbing in the house is “from” Stark, and she also balances between archaic and modern: not a toilet bowl, but a bucket; not a bath, but a trough! The table bought by the owners is oak, with wormholes and shcherbinki, but its proportions are modern.CLEAR DIVISION OF THE APARTMENT IN THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HALF This is decided by the degree of remoteness of the premises horizontally and vertically. So, from the hallway we get into the dining area. This is, in principle, any visitor. In the nursery, on the other hand, there is a long corridor that heralds the seclusion of the next space. The rest area on the catwalk is perceived the same way, so you are waiting for special permission to get up and sit on the sofa. Above, to the second level gallery, it is even more difficult to climb without permission, and it is more difficult to reach the master bedroom four times, so it is removed and ascended. However, the second level of the apartment is not perceived as separate and detached from everything that happens on the first floor.REACTION TO THE APARTMENT Many at first - light and pleasant shock. Because everything is very simple, and the materials seem to be inexpensive, but there is a feeling of a “rich”, expensive apartment. There is also a constant interest, because it opens up more and more new meanings; it only needs to change the point of view a little.
